Pet Policy
At Carrington Point, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Carrington Point welcomes both cats and dogs, without any breed restrictions! For each pet, with a maximum of two – there is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 and pet rent of $20 per month. Please reach out to our leasing team for any questions!
